Sitely

Netto is one of the main characters in this series. His best friend is none other than his navi Rockman. Netto and Rockman work together to stop World Three and any other organization causing trouble on the net. Netto loves net battling and hates doing his homework. Sometimes he tries to talk Rockman into doing it for him.

Rockman.EXE/ Megaman

Rockman is Netto's net navi and best friend. Rockman is a strong navi and will do anything to protect his friends. When he's not net battling he is sometimes lecturing Netto about homework. Rockman is good with both sword battle chips and buster chips. His attack that does not involve a battle chip is Rockbuster.

Meiru Sakurai/ Maylu

Meiru is one of Netto's closest friends and is in his class at school. Out of the two of them Meiru is the responsible one. Meiru also has a net navi named Roll. Meiru is also Netto's next door neighbor and she knows how to play the piano.

Roll

Roll is the net navi of Meiru and is a close friend of Rockman. Roll is stronger than she looks and can pack a pretty powerful punch. Also where there is Rockman chances are Roll is not far behind.

DekaoOyama/ Dex

Dekao is another one of Netto's friends. Before Netto got Rockman Dekao and his navi Gutsman would beat Netto and his store bought navi. Dekao likes to act like a tough guy and has a big crush on Meiru.

Gutsman

Gutsman is Dekao's navi and is another one of Rockman's friends. Gutsman is very strong. Like his net op Dekao Gutsman acts tought but has a big crush on Meiru's navi Roll.

Yaito Ayanokouji/ Yai

Yaito is a rich little girl who is friends with Netto and the others. While she occasionally acts stuck up Yaito is a nice person on the inside. She also loves strawberries. Yaito has a butler-like navi named Glyde.

Glyde

Glyde is Yaito's net navi. Glyde is more of a butler and isn't much of a fighter. Glyed is also friends with Rockman and the other net navis.

Tohru Hikawa/ Tory Froid

Tohro is another one of Netto's friends. Tohru's father works at the water works. Tohru's net navi is Iceman.

Iceman

Iceman is Tohru's net navi and another one of Rockman's friends. As small as Iceman is he really is strong and you don't want to be on the receiving end of one of his ice attacks.

Enzan Ijuin/ Chaud Blaze

Enzan is Netto's rival. He is also the vice president IPC/Blaze Quest and considers Yaito a buisness rival. Enzan sometimes acts like he is better than everyone else and his only friend is his net navi Blues. Later on in the series Enzan opens up a bit and becomes friends with Netto.

Blues/ Protoman

Blues is the net navi of Enzan. Blues is both strong and fast and is an expert with sword battle chips. Blues is quiet and is like Enzan's yes man. He is rivals with Rockman.
