Sitely

Wily is the mastermind behind World Three. He has tried to capture the all mighty Pharaohman but ended up losing his 'secret' base. Wily is responsible for all of the plans on destroying the net.

Elec Hakushaku/ Count Zap

His name pretty much gives everything away. This guy LOVES electricity. His personal net navi is none other that Elecman. One of Elec's schemes caused electronics to go haywire. He travels in a hot air balloon covered with light bulbs.

Elecman

Elecman is the navi of Elec Hakushaku. Out of all of the World 3 navis Elecman can cause the most damage. Elecman's specialty is electicity.

Kenichi Hino/ Mr.Match

Yep, he's Scottish. Kenichi's specialty is fire. He goes through a couple of diff. net navis throughout the series. He pretty much hates Netto.

Fireman/ Torchman

Fireman is the net navi of Kenichi Hino and like his name says his specialty is fire. Fireman has a grudge against Rockman and shows no mercy in battle.

Madoi Iroaya/ Maddy

How can I describe her in a nice way? *thinking* OK, I can't. Madoi is one of those people who cares only about her looks. She also enjoys making fun of those she thinks are 'uglier' than her. Her navi is the one and only Coloredman.

Coloredman/ Wakoman

Just as his dubbed name says, Coloredman really is wako. That ball he bounces on can be used as a weapon and he sometimes summons smaller versions of himself to battle. Of course, this didn't keep Roll from wiping the floor with him.
